How To Set Up A Team As A Fundraiser

Becoming a fundraiser for a charity is easy. All you need to do is:

    Go to the donation page of the charity you wish to support

    If the charity has enabled the ability for fundraisers to help them raise funds you will see a section a section called 'Our Teams' on the donation page (like seen in the example below).

    Click the 'Register/ Log in' button

    The following pop up will appear where you will need to add your name, email, and mobile (if you wish). Then you will need to click the 'Next' button.

    Next you will need to add your team details, including your team name and your fundraising goal. You can also add a team logo and description but these are not required. Once you have completed these details click the 'Create page' button.

    Finally, click the 'Copy link' button, to copy your personal fundraising page URL and share it with your network to start collecting donations for your selected charity. 

Please note your personal fundraising page link is different from the main charity fundraising page URL that you set your team up on. 

If you have accidentally closed the pop up before clicking the 'copy link' button, not to worry you can still copy your personal fundraising page link by refreshing the charity's fundraising page, where you will now see your fundraising team listed. Click your team name and you will be taken to your personal fundraising page.

Then all you need to do is copy your personal fundraising page's URL and you can then share this with your network.

As people donate to your personal fundraising page you will see your progress bar increase on both your page as well as the charity's main donation page under the 'Teams' section.
